By using Dr. Fixit Mobile's services or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any repair service.
Dr. Fixit Mobile provides device repair services for phones, tablets, and laptops. By submitting a device for repair, you authorize us to perform the diagnostic and repair work discussed at the time of drop-off or booking. We will contact you before proceeding with any repair that differs from what was originally agreed.
All repairs carried out by Dr. Fixit Mobile come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. This warranty covers defects in the parts used or workmanship. It does not cover:
If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged for the repair. Diagnostic fees, if applicable, will be communicated to you upfront before any work begins.
We strongly recommend backing up all data on your device before submitting it for repair. Dr. Fixit Mobile is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. While we take every precaution to protect your data, some repairs may require resetting the device.
Devices that are not collected within 30 days of the repair completion notification will be subject to a storage fee. Devices left uncollected for more than 90 days may be disposed of responsibly. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking any such action.
Payment is due upon collection of your repaired device. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and e-transfers. We also offer a Pay-in-4 installment option — terms for this plan will be provided at the time of service. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Dr. Fixit Mobile's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a repaired device.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
